You will get written up for hearsay, the rules constantly change, if a manger changes your direct supervisor isn't clear, supervisors throw employees under the bus to save themselves when they make a mistake, they make people work even when sick/injured, they fire people with disabilities, racial discrimination is rampant, they do not care about the people they serve but only the beds they fill and the profit they make. They will try to keep you in the lowest role possible and prefer to hire external applicants for higher-up positions, limiting growth within the company. A literal COVID outbreak also occurred and infected an entire program and workers due to managerial negligence.
