How hurtful some of these reviews really are.
Pros
Fantastic benefits, PTO allotted to you on your start date ( increases as your employment continues ) Yearly satisfaction surveys to ensure employee happiness, constant and ongoing strides to improve company CORE values, teamwork environment, Blue Buck ( for staff and manager appreciation to and for eachother ) you can get all kinds of goodies with these! Generous meal allowance if you need to go to any trainings that will fall into meal times.....I could go on and on. I realize that some people just can't control their urge to bash others when employment ends for what ever reason, however I have worked in the social services field for well over 25 years and I can say with 100% honesty I have been treated with nothing but respect and dignity since the moment I started. From the interview process to this very moment. To bash managers/supervisors ect and resort to name calling and belittling is disgraceful to say the very least. I am not a job jumper and stay at jobs for years. I will never ever leave CSG. I do my job and I do it well with the utmost respect for what I do. Maybe that is why I don't feel the need to bash this company. Maybe if some of these folks did what was expected of them, they wouldn't feel so compelled to tear down CSG every chance they got. No employer is perfect, no company has 100% perfect management I am not a fool. I can only report on what I have witnessed over the last 4 ( almost 5 ) years of employment. If you are a professional and want to work in a professional position making a difference in the lives of others then this is the company for you.
Cons
I did take a bit longer than I expected from interview to start date, but nothing that would stop me from working at this company.
