Pros

Clients are amazing. They truly warm your heart. Some DSPs and supervisors are understanding and hard working. Go above and beyond

Cons

Most people they hire are lazy. Some supervisors want to control your every move and expect you to drop everything for the needs of the house such as open shifts. They expect you to not have a life outside of work whatsoever. You’ll get talked about by some of these people behind your back especially if you’re a good employee. They punish the hard workers and ones that do more than their job description but let it slide when a supervisor is rude or lazy or if a DSP doesn’t do work cause they “just need a body” to keep the house in ratio. Some supervisors (even staff) will lie to save themselves and then blame everyone for their mistakes or for them not doing something they should have. Some supervisors don’t know how to lead or even have a work ethic at all.
