Pros

Its an organization built with good people at the corporate level. On a personal level, the people care and are likable.

Cons

Its not a well organized organization - bonuses take forever to be paid out with poor expectation setting on timing. Not a place to have a career, proactive efforts to reward high performers and elevate them within the organization are not made.

PM comes from retail experience not veterinary. Pays poorly and doesn’t fulfill promises for raises and leadership growth. Doctors and staff otherwise are nice. Hard to survive working there as a single person on their salaries offered.
