Semi-corporate feel. Not a lot of support from the higher ups if really needed. Also can take a lot of "paperwork" to get things/changes done

Day to day feels autonomous from a corporate owned practice

Cons

No training, little to no support from management or directors, bottom line focused, too much extra work to get necessary thing to make medical practice run. No support from HR. Terrible pay incentive
