Pros

People, Passion and Collaboration that occurs every day. Ability to work in diverse, virtual teams across the world. Being part of a next generation software platform that enables cloud migration and accelerates cloud adoption.

Cons

Steep learning curve for technology, but good once technical competence is achieved. Some overlap in roles & responsibilities, but collaboration is valued and recognised.

Great environment, very friendly colleagues who are all very passionate about achieving the best possible outcome for their customers

Cons

Few! Having to rotate though slightly off business hour shifts (1.5 hour off the normal). Very occasional weekend work
