      Great overall health care benefits.

      Cons

      Management is direction-less. Hypocrisy aplenty. Poor at planning, reactive in nature to what the competitor is doing. Management tries to cover their own incapability. Hire-fire culture. Thus making the work environment rather political (from trying to save themselves) and a lot of uncertainty. Unmotivated office.

      No standard approach towards hierarchy. Lack of adequate resources and support sometimes.
