      Pros

      Commvault CS is great place to join, highly recommended. Since the new CS leader joined, I’ve seen a refreshing level of clarity, organization vision, and drive that has been really beneficial for the team. He’s brought a strong sense of customer success focused direction, high work ethic, and a focus on operational excellence that we truly needed. What I especially appreciate is his openness and willingness to engage with team — through 1:1s, team discussions, or just being available when we need support. It’s clear that organization cares deeply about their people and performance, and that balance is great to strike.
