Chasing too many hot trends too far away from core competency (data protection), sometimes inhibits progress in other areas.

In APAC, the power broker is a long term employee promoted way above their level of competence, capability and business professionalism - toxic cronyism at its best

Good payers (once you get a contract). Best expenses ever, claim for whatever, seriously you can clim for anything and it gets signed off.

Cons

Toxic long standing management are all about self-preservation. Customer never comes first. If your face fits you are sorted, just hope you are prepared to suck up...
