Pros

Great salary Great Benefits Communication - Great teaming communication Management - Really good communication across the board - Management listens to your concerns and takes action were needed Customer Environments - You have a wide range of different customers environments that you are exposed to - This to me is a great opportunity to expand knowledge since you have the visibility to multiple environments that are setup in different and unique ways - Build on your interpersonal skills. Key to build on all your customer relationships

Cons

Risk - I have found that to be successful in the [TAM] role. Some risks need to be taken. (Not everything is done by the book) Some Examples: - Training customers on specific Commvault methodologies/items to assist in a project to be a success. - Training cloud matrix and reporting tools that are useful to the customer/management Travel - You will have to travel to each customers site. (Not a lot of travel) Example: During QBR "Quarterly Business Reviews" 3 months if customer requests onsite visits

Commvault Response

Feedback like this is great! We've worked hard over the past few years to continually improve the way we communicate internally, and we glad to hear you've seen and felt the difference. When you talk about risks the first thing that came to mind was one of our values- skin your knees! We really feel it’s okay to make mistakes and take risks – as long as you learn from them, get back up and get to it. It’s true things move quickly at Commvault, but we know our Vaulters can not only handle change but excel in this fast-paced environment. -Robert Kaloustian - SVP, WW Technical Services & Support, and Aron Lanclos - Director, WW Enterprise Support.

Pros

- One of the best product in the data management market - Great vision from product management

Cons

- In EMEA many managers is ex-EMC people, that has destroyed the great culture CVLT had. - The new management style from the ex-EMC is like the army, they failed to motivate and guide people. - Many of the best account manager have left the company. - Pipeline is going down and the stocks have dropped from 90 to 39. - Resellers are switching to Veeam and Veritas, price approval processes is taking forever in CVLT, resellers will not wait for that. - Simple licens model is changed to a complex one.

Pros

- Technology is the best in the industry. - CommVault is starting to open some big doors in the Enterprise level accounts. - Employees at CommVault are team oriented. - Sr. Management is leading CommVault into the 500 Million dollar mark. - It's exciting to be part of the growth of this once small company.

Cons

-Company needs to do a 401k match - Current segmentation of accounts from geography based accounts to Core and Enterprise accounts has been taking place. We seen to be getting past the hiccups. It was the right thing to do! It should line up well with the future expected growth>
