Pros

Benefits of working with a large organization- flexible time off and sick time, etc. There are a lot of technologies that you work with to help expand personal knowledge.

Cons

Management appears to be somewhat more reactive instead of proactive. Work-life balance is challenging.

Pros

Salary is fair for the work being performed and duties assigned

Cons

Culture has greatly changed. It seems the company is bent on moving Support overseas and neglected the US based offices.

Pros

Nothing. Four years ago, this was one of the best places to work, but now it's a dumb fire.

Cons

Anything you can think of. Overworked, no help. The downsizing is hurting the people that work there.
