The company proudly displays their core values at every turn, yet they completely disregard those values when money is on the line. Physicians are treated like cattle and the employees are treated even worse. They have an inner circle and if you're not in it you will not be given equal treatment. The dissemination of leads are given to the most senior recruiters before any of the junior reps. The senior reps already have a very large book but are given even more free business while junior reps must scrap for the bottom of the barrel.

It's a grind but that's sales. I wish we had a different phone system.
