Pros

The amenities are fantastic with an amazing gym, an executive chef, and a beautiful new building. Comphealth invests in every new employee by giving top notch training through their CORE program. Preparing each sales representative for success. There are truly amazing people who work there that believe in the culture of “Putting People First.”

Cons

The culture has turned sour and sales reps are afraid to speak freely about how they truly feel. The organization will send out an employee engagement survey company wide to receive “anonymous” feedback. Which isn’t very anonymous, when you have individuals receiving repercussions over the views shared in the survey, and leaders are called into question about why their reps are giving them low reviews. The company has not achieved the results that they anticipated over the past 2 years and those on the sales floor can feel the pressure. There is a problem of work-life balance which several reps are on antidepressants, and are miserable. The business is very difficult because of all of the uncontrollable situations that come with each assignment. Managements answer is to every problem is to make more calls. (Texts and emails don’t count) Group think is a huge problem within the organization and no one challenges the current status quo, “this is how we do things here.” The leadership in the organization has become more about auditing reports and meeting with other leaders then bringing any type of sales value to the team. One of the top complaints from the reps is that my leader is never around to help. Micromanagement has become the norm within each group, with sales leaders hovering asking for updates throughout the day to report back to their managers.

Micro managing, playing favorites, if you’re doing well they love you if not then they don’t. Stressful to hit goals, make dials, hot talk time.

Pros

Cafeteria with decent food, but it's not subsidized so it's not really any cheaper it just keeps you at your desk.

Cons

Where to even begin. They basically trick you into thinking you're working in heaven. Then when you get through training it's a completely opposite experience. Nothing like what they told you it would be. It's completely cutthroat and you can't trust anybody there. The managers only care about other managers and not any of the recruiters who make all the money for the company. Work life balance is not existent and they barely let you take time off. Now it varies from team to team on how they operate but my managers were never around to help and only work 40 hours (on a good week) and expect us to work 60+if needed no matter how well we are doing. My manager was completely unstable and yells at and berates team members in front of the whole team. Doesn't matter how much money you're making them it's never enough. They use the "core values" as a crutch to justify things they do. There's the facade of what they want people to think and then there's the seedy underbelly of what the company is really like. People are treated like garbage and let go at the drop of a hat. Definitely not worth the stress to try to make just ok money. Even when people bring up issues they won't address them because they Don't really care about you. I've never worked somewhere where nobody got to know be beyond coworker level until this place. I could go on but this place is not anything like they claim to be
