Pros

Decent benefits, decent work activities, team work environment. Overall it's decent and you aren't treated terribly. I do believe the company wants to retain employees and tries to keep things fun and interesting while making sure they are pumping work out of you too.

Cons

All administrative staff are like the step child that's forgotten about and the sales reps really get all the perks. Management is not transparent at all and there's always a sense of unease. You have to put a smile on your face and act as if everything is fine and dandy or you'll get talked to about having a bad attitude and not fitting in with the "culture". The pay is ridiculous! There's no rhyme or reason to how they decide on the pay for all of the administrative staff and admins cannot get salaried. There's absolutely no room for growth so expect to work the same job the whole time you're there. Sales reps can grow somewhat if they want to go into management.

Pros

Pay is like receiving unemployment checks but you are afforded decent health insurance.

Cons

Poor leadership, low morale, micro-managing culture. Very high turnover, no opportunity for growth. People dress unprofessionally. Low-educated people. Solicit doctors through unscrupulous practices like cold-calling from job-boards and calling Dr's while there in clinic. Using sneaky tactics to try to circumvent "gatekeepers" to speak to a doctor.

Pros

Somewhat flexible work day schedule Management attempts to build team atmosphere with get-togethers Respect for family demands and schedules

Cons

More like a tele-sales job than being a Physician Recruiter All about numbers...had to make 70 calls minimum a day or scolded and belittled Told to 'yes' clients to death, but only allowed to work with the ones easily placed Free for all atmosphere...whoever could enter a physician into the computer first got them as a client, even if another recruiter spoke to them first Required to have office calls forwarded to personal cell or home phone after hours (but they don't help pay the bill! Very limited ability to make money the first couple of years. Bonus structure is extremely low and unmotivational.
