Management on different teams isn’t always consistent

My experience was highly disappointing after reading all the great reviews before taking the job. The management team is unprofessional and often shows favoritism, leading to an unfair work environment and selfish decisions. Promises made during the hiring process were not kept. The workplace culture is toxic, with frequent political agendas and a lack of respect. I could go on but overall, I would not recommend CompHealth or CHG to anyone looking for a fair and professional work environment. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
