The people are great. There is a desire to help you find something you are looking for and keep you within the company.

Cons

The pay is on the lower side, feels like the perks of working here are mostly for the sales reps.

I LOVE my job!! I have been with Comphealth for 15 years, I have seen many people come and go, many things change and evolve and certainly seen our business thru many ups and downs but one thing has remained constant and that is the care and concern for me as a person at all points of my career. I feel truly fortunate to be a part of such an impressive company that puts their core values at the center of every decision.

Great Benefits, excellent compensation package

Cons

Company culture has declined since CEO Mike Weinholtz left in 2014. Company is now squeezing current clients for more money, and it is costing them.
