Hard Work ethics promoted. Commission based pay system that resets each month. Technology oriented company that uses creative strategies to maintain profit margins.

Cons

High pressure work environment. You are only as good as your numbers show you to be. Felt used by direct management.

On the whole, the entry-level employees have been great to work with. There's a real sense of cameraderie amongst the floor staff; it's easy to feel like you belong.

Cons

If you ever have a job-related concern, don't bother telling Human Resources. I've seen five different people file complaints with no resulting action from the higher-ups. The culture is "ignore it long enough, and it will go away". Expect to work long hours, but don't expect any praise or recognition for your hard work. They use you up and spit you out.
