Pros

Nice coworkers - it was a pleasant working environment. There was minimal supervision - you were left alone to do your job.

Cons

There were constant reorganization issues. There were bad office politics, and management frequently changed. They wanted me to work for less pay for the same job.

The old Compusa was an experience.

Pros

The management provide a flexible schedule to individuals that performed. I'm not sure how the new Compusa work atmosphere is in relation to old. Opportunity for advancement was available -the following comments are from the pre-liquidation Compusa

Cons

Organization and communication from corporate level was below par. This may have been a last attempt at restructuring before the company went into a liquidation phase. Work hours past closing was unnecessary certain times and more efficient ways could have closed the store. Managers were paranoid of senior executives and store visits. -the following comments are from the pre-liquidation Compusa
