Flash in the Pan, but no Meat on the Bones

Pros

Love the snacks, dogs in the office, and the people. Looks flashy and appealing, lovely offices.

Cons

No matching 401k, poor bonus structure, very few growth opportunities. The business model is a real estate brokerage but sold as a high tech-startup. I don't see how we do either particularly well.

-this role is now hourly, leadership indirectly encourages employees to not record time worked -Quotas for performance reviews -Agents are abusive, and leadership is dismissive - There's no room to grow in the AEM role
