It allowed me grow my skill set considerably.

Cons

Raises are less than cost of living increase. Best case scenario is to move positions to create upward momentum for your career every 1-2 years.

Pros

Besides negotiating a great wage, what I can see from the company so far there are no Pros.

Cons

There is no communication in the company. When I was hired I had to consistently call to see if I was to get an offer or not. Should have walked away at that point. Current position, the manager does not like their job and staff do not respect them either. Management is out of the loop of what really happens, has no idea what really goes on. When in state of crisis there is no communication unless you track it down yourself.

No raise in pay for the last 5 years. Having to give 30 days notice to take time off.
