Pros

Pay was better than average for the area. There was some paid training. Standard benefits package was good.

Cons

Management changes and restructuring led to a chaotic atmosphere. Overtime was fairly common, and so was punishment for exceeding 40 hours/week.

Pros

The people at CompuCom are a breath of fresh air. They are down to earth, and truly care for one another. You will get opportunities outside of you "role" that helps you grow and learn new skillsets.

Cons

With so much room to take on opportunity, it can be overwhelming. You have to learn where to step in and where to pull back.
