Pros

You are constantly on the move, no sitting in a cubicle all day! Work at your own pace....kind of! Dont really have a boss looking over your shoulder every day.

Cons

No bonuses, no raises, good luck getting time off!! They want more and more out of you but offer no career advancement!

Pros

Good people at the of the Pyramid. Most of the Techs are skilled and helpful. A wealth of knowledge available if u can find it.

Cons

Very disorganized, no pay raises, little if any training before you are turned loose on your own, you will be deceived about company job duties and responsibilities and the guarantees a contract will provide. You will receive absolutely no help after you are laid off.

Pros

you can do what you want when you want, as long as you meet sla's and turn in billable hours, even if they are concocted (they encourage this) your a winner!

Cons

Management is bonus driven, sales pens unrealistic contracts without consulting field but doesnt care, management hires "temps" to service projects for long term clients and the results are disastrous, payscale isnt much better than fast food joints...the company treats the techs like dirt though the techs create the income...like I said it is bonus driven, managagement will not supplyneeded help or supplies if it will detract from their bonuses, blaming the techs in the end
