Pros

17 years ago yes there were many pros. None now at all

Cons

Upper management is clueless about service delivery and what it takes to make it happen by the folks on the ground facing the customers daily. There is no real field management. Just leads and flunkies who job roles is reporting and not actually providing any meaningful leader ship. There management is all about spreadsheets and reporting. Not solving problems. Very frustrating when servicing customers.
