Pros

the IT techs at CompuCom tend to be very good and being in a company made of IT people means we all tend to speak the same language making communication easier.

Cons

There is a large disconnect between corporate and service workers. you direct manager and trainers are fine but anyone else beyond that, your just paper.

Work unsupervised. Pay was decent. Hours were great.

Cons

Bad direct supervision because upper management was out of state. Lazy long term employees who created bad culture.

The best reason to work at compucom is the company keeps you busy and that will help keep you mentally healthy and prevent people from overthinking.
