Pros

Health benefits and vacation is available after 90 days.

Cons

Travel is not compensated, daily travel average is 2hr. Weekly after hours conference call with no compensation. Terrible pay and requires you to work off the clock. Terrible benefits. The pay scale does not match the daily duties.

Flexible schedules, every day is different, company car.

Cons

A new manager every year, benefits get worse every year, almost no on the job training, you're on your own for the most part, every install job it's completely different with different documentation/different help desks
