Pros

Immediate supervisor to the head of the whole field (1st vp) have the heart and passion to build solid teams. They work daily to make my life better.

Cons

Executive leadership doesn't follow through on commitments for pay and tools needed to do our job.

Pros

Company vehicle, fair PTO (though couldn't use it).

Cons

Low pay: position considered essential, but pay not equivalent to what retail clients who have essential employees are paying. PTO: Though PTO time is competitive, several different supervisors would not allow the use of PTO. At year end it was a scramble to use it or lose it. Since the job was to provide IT services to some major retail clients, taking time off during the Holiday season was prohibited.
