Pros

benefits were just okay, I like the account I worked on, my direct report was awesome.

Cons

24/7 on call, The harder you worked the more they expected, UPPER Management was HORRIBLE. We missed out 1st Quarter Profits Projection by nearly 80%. Then the Blood-letting
