Good culture, and always had very good managers.

Pros

They are good starting point if you are looking to get some experience or are exploring career in IT.

Cons

Fixed shifts I got a night shift 8pm to 7am which can be taxing but they informed right from get go. There is no change bcz that's the shift for the team.
