Pros

as CompuCom is an outsourcer, one could very easily request transfers to move between other accounts. decent PTO and free Certification vouchers overall laid-back atmosphere for such a large office

Cons

Very little oversight in Management. I work in New York and my direct report (who I met once) lives on the west coast. There is a very strong impression from my management (as far as me and my team are concerned) that our client site on the east coast (~800 employees) is an afterthought since the parent company (2500 employees) resides on the west coast.

Easy to get hired. Offers great benefits and training.

Cons

Allows you to grow into a corner. Very willo g to add to your workload.. no raises. Management is very distant, should be more involved in processes. Higher managment expects things to be a certain way based off numbers and dont take into concideration every account runs diffrently..
