Pros
The employees are wonderful people and care about the customer. I think the majority of the "old timers" are simply scared to rejoin the workforce after so many years here.
Cons
We are owned by an equity company who could not care less about the individuals. We are bought and sold about every three years to owners who, instead of investing in the people and company, would rather try to squeeze money out and resell. It's like those absentee landlords who only buy properties to try and flip them for a profit.
