Pros

They pay well and they do cover for training on LOTS of different equipment. They are also are willing to hear me out on some issues that I have, such as clients/workload/work days.

Cons

Biggest is pay. Yes, they pay well, but eventually you will be working there for 5 years and they will give you a $1 raise over those 5 years. They do the bare minimum but expect you to do the most. This is coming from someone thats a share holder so I see the profits reported every year. The health insurance, its the bare minimum. Co-pay is $150. And thats with paying $75 a paycheck, and possibly getting $25 after a smokers test. Understaffed. I am frequently requested to drive a crossed my state because some area's Chick Fil A restaurants doesn't have a technician thats working that day (and might be the area's only tech). I handle 19 Chick Fil A restaurants, and its growing every year. On top of all the other clients I have to handle. I've also been trying to get training to get a promotion, I have everything I need except one cert and they keep denying me from getting the training.

Pros

They pay for training and certs. You get to work with several clients. You get to sharpen your customer service skills which is an often neglected part of IT. I worked with some really cool people.

Cons

The pay was only OK for my area. You are on call every few weeks. When on call you have to go to some not so good areas of town late at night.
