Changing the tone, while sometimes a vital necessity, can deflate morale, foster job uncertainty, and result in re-work (to suit new mgmt's needs/preferences).

If you have a heartbeat you can get a job at CompuCom. No company culture for retaining top talent. Pay raises pretty much non-existent since 2007. Most managers are hired from outside of the company which leaves very little room for upward mobility. If you are fortunate enough to be promoted to management, you are stuck dealing with underpaid and under-motivated people. Get in, get experience, get out.
