Pros

There is plenty of free Starbucks coffee every morning. They pay for all of your Certifications. They have a comprehensive list of all of the industry favorites on their learning hub.

Cons

Managers are horrible and have zero investment in employees. Some managers come in looking like they have been drinking moonshine on the back of a Harley all night and then came to work.

Only one good thing is Co-workers are fun to work with. I'm glad.

Cons

No Room for Moving up within the company. No Salary increase. If u ask for raise, management will recommend you to look for different company.

Get way to gain experience. Team members are generally great to learn from.

Cons

This company will have you stuck where you are. The general attitude from management is "You're lucky to have a job." Company more concerned about making money, even from those break their backs for them. You aren't an employee, you are a tool to increase profits. No raises, no job security, no loyalty even for those that are the most loyal employees.
