some of the benefits like vacation

they cut 7 people from our account, added more thing we do for our client and continually harass us to do more and more, this is a very bad company, my managers have no idea how to manage anything, they were hired because they were cheap not for talent.

Pros

Good salary and benefits. The people working there were top notch.The management at my store are why I still work there. They go out of their way to help and take care of the sale associates. Benefits are ok for full time employees. They are very good at arranging

Pros

Good "food in the door" to IT.

Cons

No raises for 5 years, haulted bonuses. Corporate offices are so disconnected from the daily workings of field techs and dedicated on-site techs. They hover over lower management and make all of the decisions for them, resulting in cut staff. Our contract has been gutted and we can no longer provide the level of service the client needs. Everybody is stressed. nobody can take time off because we're already under-staffed. I have never seen a turn-around so fast. A year ago, I loved working here. Now it's time to jump ship to a company that actually cares about employees.
