Pros

They pay for training. It's a pay check. There really is not much more than that. I hope the company collapses in on it's self.

Cons

They only care about their SLA for Target and Home Depot. Their other customers don't bring in as much money. The Management are oblivious morons, HR tries to implement rules that violate state laws. The equity firm that owns them is the root of all the issues.

Pros

Flexible scheduling, great local coworkers, advancements.

Cons

I felt that the pay was under national average for work performed. micromanaging down time, mileage reimbursement low. management can be unforgiving at times.

If you are desperate for a job. They will hire you

Cons

The only care about the bottom line. If you are at customer site. Don't expect them to get feedback on how well you do from the customer. It's a no win situation with performance No transparency when it comes to renewal of budgets. They kept telling us " renewal of contract" but not one word of a lower budget. Kept a working the clients constantly complained about but let go of the ones they built relationships with. Hired a bunch of L1 and got rid of more experienced individuals. No raises.
