Giving up every employment right I have. They can short my paycheck, they can run me over with a truck. Unless I can pony up the cash, the arbitrator won't even blink.

Where to even start...place is a bigger joke then I was warned before mistakenly taking the position. They have the sense to try to man a galleon ship with 2 crew. Don't expect raises, care, promotions, or any thing other then the middle finger (called a CC raise by staff). CC believes its wise to take 2 million dollar contract for 20 dollars which means not enough staff, resources, or anything to actually 'support' the contract that they very cheaply bid. Also they try to lock you into working for them as they work aggressively to block you from going to anyone they consider a 'competitor' which that really doesn't seem to be the right word considering the other company would pay you twice as much, give real benefits, actually care, and have options for expanding your career. This place is you go to die slowly via strangulation. Recommended only if you enjoy suffering and misery.
