Pros

My Team did the best they could with the resources we had and tried to help each other out as much as possible

Cons

Constant string of revolving managers, good ones left as soon as they could poor ones hung around until they were let go. Way to much overhead in management. Would not invest in training when new systems were deployed, received a few page pamphlet with the basics that management though was needed for your position. No raises. No advancement opportunities Worked at a specific location and had the position before it was outsourced to CompuCom and CompuCom's infection with ransomeware caused them to lose the contract.

Pros

Pros are able to touch different types of equipment. Not much to say outside of this which says a lot when you're hired.

Cons

Many Cons. Where to start? Compucom is a IT consulting company that relies on biding for service contracts for different companies. Techs will never be fluent in any equipment as contracts come and go. Service documentation for said contracts are never fully explained as most protocols are made from mistakes and then added as documentation. I've worked for Compucom for 6+ years and only just received a measly dollar raise and one bonus just enough to keep me on the team for a bit longer. Management is absolutely horrendous. I reached out to management for help concerning our team but was brushed off as if the emails I sent were never delivered. The contract wins are a hit or miss. They're never transparent on what specifications were agreed upon without the Techs in mind. Techs are frustrated with poor handling of certain contracts. They hear us wanting change, but the money keeps them deaf. No such thing for compensations for doing a good job; only finger pointing as most managers are good at doing. This job is okay for entry level work, but don't commit to the company as they do not know how to properly run the company themselves.
