The position looked and sounded good. Opportunity to learn new skills.

Cons

The hiring process is garbage. I completed the drug sceen and baxkfeound checks and was given a start date 2 weeks in the future. I have been here three weeks and not a single step has gone smoothly. My id card took two weeks to work properly. Its now been three weeks and there still has been no network ID, telephone, desk or any kind of employee orientation. Sad to say but I looking to leave already. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Its terrible. I will say after I expressed some displeasure it has improved...

Plenty of entry level jobs, good for the young guy that wants to get into an IT company/career.

Cons

Low pay, will take any opportunity to not give you a raise, good place to be if you are content with where you are. Can't say much about senior management, I saw them once in 7 years...

None, oh plenty of overtime.

Cons

Entire company is very disorganized from the inside out. They try to show that they really care about their employees buy conducting what they call a shrimp bowl. But what employees need is job security, better health benefits that won't charge extra for having preexisting health issues. Also better pay, pay raises would also be nice and the constant outsourcing of jobs needs to stop.
