Compucom is proud to market tier 1 service at a tier 2 price. This seems to come at the cost of employee pay, raises, and equipment. The office I worked at had employees had office chairs with rips in them and the stuffing falling out that were over twenty years old. Some employees hadn't had a raise in over five years working there. After two years of seeing no positive change, it was time for me to explore better options.

Three day lay off notice. I had 16 years with the company and they kept an employee with less time and less experience and now the account is suffering. When layoff come management turn in worms. Lay off paper work was different that what I was told on a CC with 2 levels of management and HR. HR rep did not know what she was talking about.
