Pros

The contract I was on a good one, as long as the customer was happy we were left to do our job. I had been with the company 17 yrs. I had some really good managers over the years prior to the buyout.

Cons

My management for the last 3 years left a lot to be desired. The company lost a contract they had had for 15 years and it really seemed like management just didn't care. The client company was very happy with the work that was done by the MSP team but not so happy with the management team and service delivery group. The new management doesn't try to find new positions if a contract ends for the hands on team, just let you go.
