Pros

Decent atmosphere, made a lot of friends here

Cons

Still making $17.50/hour as an L2 desktop support analyst after 5 years - it seems to be an unwritten company policy not to give raises to techs, while hiring multiple unqalified "project managers" for twice as much as they pay us due to their friendship with or relation to one of the managers here.

Pros

Steady work, middle managers try their best.

Cons

They've cut to the bone to pay for successive corporate buyouts, and have started cutting the bone. 401K contribution is negligible. They're started outsourcing their own Help Desk support to India.

Pros

The number of weeks of paid time off one receives upon being hired is above average. Direct team managers are quality. Your results may vary.

Cons

Lower end of the pay scale. No raises or cost of living increases. They give you more and more responsibilities, but no extra pay. Not working directly for the company you support creates a disconnect.
