Pros

Great people. Lots of people have been with CompuCom over 20 years. New President as of June 2019 has 3 year roadmap to transform CompuCom.

Cons

5 CEOs/Presidents in last 5 years. Changing priorities, focus, and lots of restructuring. Loss of focus on core competencies. Several tenured employees have voluntarily left or been terminated.

Pros

Good company name for what CompuCom does. Thin layer of management. Easy to go to the top when needed. Active engagement across business lines. Very open good people.

Cons

Silo'd fiefdoms can make getting things done quickly a challenge. Sales training needs some attention. ntegrate all the business functions into SFDC, too many bridged software platforms.

Excellent benefits and work/life balance

Cons

A huge burden on W2 contractors (28-35%). Hard to hit GP% targets. Costly benefits for W2 contractors. Very hard to make high commissions due to high burden.
