Pros

Hard-working co-workers who become like family. If you want to work hard for little pay and no raises, this is the place for you.

Cons

MANAGERS have been told to add positive Glass Door reviews to pump up CompuCom's overall & CEO ratings. What a crock. Corporate office is moving to SC in December, and company hasn't told current Texas corporate workers what will happen to them. People find new jobs and leave the survivors to pick up the slack (which is probably what the company wants so they pay as little as possible when they close TX office). Horrible environment, with executives doing anything to line their pockets at the expense of average workers.

Pros

None...don't take a job with this company. You will regret it and it will make you miserable

Cons

You are a number that makes the top dogs money. Easy HR is a joke and will never give you a direct answer...that is if you're lucky enough to get a response. Complaints about management are never addressed. They do have an open door policy, problem is it's a revolving door that never lets you inside. They cut vacations, don't give raises, and will screw you at every turn...and no kiss. They've lost several large contracts over the last couple years because they put people in charge that have no idea what they're doing. Middle management has no power to make decisions, they are puppets that themselves end up getting screwed. Over the past several years...since the German dude bought three company...they have taken money from their employees to bloat their books and make them seem more profitable. More than likely this is so he can sell the company for a nice profit. If you work for them, screw them before they are you!

Pros

Starting pay for Desktop Support is some of the best in my region (but still well below national avg). My direct supervisor is one of the best I've ever had the pleasure of working for, and the rest of my team is also pretty awesome. Training is readily available, to include certifications.

Cons

Raises have been frozen since before I came on nearly 5 years ago. Medical benefits have been rolled back to nothing more than an HDHP w/ HSA, which is absolutely terrible for anyone who has to visit the doctor for more than regular yearly checkups.
