This place has nothing but negative energy and extremely low morale for all of the non executive employees.

If you are at the executive level the sky is the limit as far as growth and merit increases and bonuses.

Cons

Extremely low morale for all non executive employees, although there is camaraderie among the team they do not hold much respect or trust to the executives and upper management.

There are some good people in the company but they live in fear as the business is currently being managed reactively and not proactively.

Cons

Tactics and action looking for a strategy. Greg and the senior leadership team lacks a strategy and is not forthcoming with there communication. They communicate one message in a public forum and then do not follow up or execute to something totally different.

The cafeteria is nicely designed

Cons

Insurance deductibles are ridiculously high and I’ve come to find at most pharmacies I’m better off using the pharmacy discount program. Most of the work that is done can be done remote and even though many managers have the flexibility as well as others on your team for some reason they make a huge deal out of not physically being in the office. Leadership feels that they don’t owe employees explanations on things ie why we are rated as one of the worst employers to work for. Even though there is this multi million dollar facility getting a cell phone connection is nonexistent and the network connection in the building is a joke.
