      Pros

      All the people I met during my tenure at CompuCom were smart, intelligent leaders who brave the unknown. Unfortunately, a lot of CompuCom is unknown...to the CompuCom team. Office Depot is driving the bus and CompuCom suffers the consequences.

      Cons

      No security (with job nor personal data) - Everyone walks on eggshells with major layoffs happening multiple times per quarter. And for a tech security company, you would think that HR wouldn't leak an excel sheet with every employee's complete information (stored on Google Drive) to the entire company.

      hhhhmmmmm..... there used to be pro's a few years ago.

      Cons

      New office HQ in Fort Mill is a joke. Terrible phone reception and meetings drop on regular basis due to connectivity issues. Management turnover has been way too frequent. Current and former leadership had clicks that built walls and barriers between teams that are not easy to tear down. Office Depot is really at a complete loss of how to allow CompuCom if you ever watch at town hall with the CEO - wow! He is a complete idiot that has their Boca employees cheer when there is absolutely nothing to cheer about. He reminds me of a televangelist. No one believes or trust the BS this guy dishes out and the stock market price confirms it. Product - CompuCom has no products to offer other than service desk and managed services and US jobs are ALL on the line to be shipped offshore. This is a MAJOR initiative. Benefits are TERRIBLE!!!! Don't be fooled - they offer insurance but it's pricey and the deductibles are a joke.
