Pros

Some really smart, hardworking and underpaid legacy employees who are committed to keeping the lights turned on. A few great leaders on the solution side of the house. And the woman who runs Canada is one of the brightest lights in this company (not to mention one of two female executive leaders - no girl power here).

Cons

Let' start with the bullying management mentality that the former CEO fostered. He's gone, but his many followers unfortunately remain. The chief product and marketing officer - run, don't walk. He's had so many people quit in the last year that we've stopped counting. Treats people terribly plus never packaged a successful product in his career and has zero marketing knowledge. Some other points for you to ponder -- limited to zero raises, bonuses and growth opportunities. If you're completely hard up and struggling to pay the rent, take the job until you can find something worthy of you. If you thrive on self-promotion, snake tactics, and doing as little as possible, then this is the place for you. Full disclosure - they asked us to write fake reviews, this one isn't!

Dead-end job

Pros

-Starting pay is better than competitors. -Nothing is expected of you outside your scheduled hours. -Management is very hands-off if you're doing what's expected of you, and very forgiving when you aren't.

Cons

-A soft pay freeze has been in effect for over a year; The decent starting pay is no longer decent when you don't get a bare-minimum cost-of-living raise annually. -There is virtually no incentive to do your job well, as advancement opportunities are few and far-between and they are currently the only way to get a pay increase -Most of your coworkers are jaded and do just enough to remain employed; picking up their slack is futile and demoralizing -Even the "gold" insurance plan is virtually useless
