Pros

After a year or so, you get to work from home if your stats are good. Flexible with your shift, and can easily change it.

Cons

The contract I was on had a very high volume of calls and they dont give you much time to document your work in between calls.

Pros

Many opportunities for training and advancement Excellent people to work with in their Managed Services division Managers genuinely care about their people (at least at the account I was assigned to).

Cons

Very difficult to get a raise over 10% Due to revenue shortfalls and lost contracts, the company was drastically reducing headcount across the organization when I left. This resulted in 1 person doing the work of 3, sometimes 4 people. Morale is a problem due to raise freezes and bonus reductions.

Pros

You can get a wide exposure to many different companies and technologies depending on your position. Also if you are in with managers you may be given good assignments

Cons

If you aren't in the "IN Crowd" you are SOL for any advance, it's worst if you get on someone's bad side as there has been many cases of constructive dismissals.
