Pros

None....it's a job I guess.

Cons

Terrible pay and no raises, terrible management, no room for advancement. Was led on to thinking I would be promoted as a lead tech after working there for 4 years and instead hired a new person with little experience. Management only cares about themselves and "looking good" towards the client. They want you to work until the job is done but do not approve overtime or even try to help compensate.

Pros

When I started here 1.5 years ago the atmosphere was very different. My (then) boss trusted us to do our jobs and it was almost like working for yourself. The benefits are run-of-the-mill. A total of 15 Floating PTO days a year (a like 6 paid holidays). Insurance is just okay, but very expensive if you have a family. Your schedule is semi-flexible (this varies from ODM to ODM). -Pay for certification exams

Cons

Micro-management from direct supervisors. Limited to no career advancement. Company is completely profit driven and as such shows little to no care for employees. 401K "matching" is a joke! It's something like 0.5% There are constant policy / rule changes; I mean several every week. Non of my co-workers or I have plans to stay long term; the culture is that bad.
