Great bonuses. A good environment. No micromanagent. 2 extra PTO's per month. A lot of opportunities to grow if you're good at your job.

If you want a career in IT, this is an OK first step. They hire people with not much knowledge and even less experience.

Cons

Wages get VERY stagnant VERY quickly. Some years there are no raises at all and other times it is a pittance. Definitely does not keep up with inflation.
