Pros

A wide variety of challenges. Management is concerned about work life balance.

Cons

A lot of chaos. Many decisions are made with no analysis as to what the benefit will be. We seem to invest in places where there is no need and leave areas in need of funds/support to suffer. The customer is never wrong and we do a lot of inefficient things and have a lot or redundancy because of it.

Pros

CompuCom is a good company to work for, competitive pay, and benefits, and great management. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time with the company.

Cons

CompuCom offers very little in the realm of career advancement within the company. You have to be willing to move in most cases hundreds of miles to get a promotion.

Pros

benefits, learning tools, vacation.Good for startes but not if you are older. Easie to get in the door for interview.

Cons

Compucom fired all it's top brass 1 couple of months ago. The replacments are worse. There are no tecnical floor managers. Jons get invented an dcontactors pulled off to do new jog. No job posting from HR. Sheer invention by mew management. Floor management ahtes female workers amd allows male workers to abuse the femaile workers by stabbing in the back, not promoting the, Also the workers who know their stuff, are good and work lots of iissues get fired , demoted or they quit in exasperation. Compucom has long had a bad rep in the industry. The NEW CUSTOMER will be made to fill like he has an entir noc full at their disposal. LOL Customers have no idea that 1 or 2 people per shift will support them and those 2 have probably 5 other accounts. Hard work is not rewarded. Only whom lower managemnet seems to think the moreof a trouble maker you are they luv ya as ya can get along with the other trouble makers. Never have i seen a company that invents, promotes the slacker. They also have moved to 12 hr shifts to burn employee;s out faster. They will hire and promoute a slacker contractor before an employee.
